Wedgetail Ridge Estate wines reflect a synthesis of old world and new world wine making styles. They reflect vibrancy, they evoke memories and they stir emotions. Our wines have personalities that surprise and excite, they challenge the extremes of spontaneity and demand strict discipline from our winemaking team.

Today, the product range consists of the Wedgetail Ridge Estate traditional style of wines and an Options range of wines, the latter being grape wines infused with a hint of herbs.

The Wedgetail Ridge Estate range of wines are remarkable; aromatic perfectly balanced, velvety smooth and refreshingly crisp. We aim for good expression of the fruit with a fine hint of oak, smoothness and length on the palate.

The concept to develop the herb infused Options range of wines evolved in 2000. Research and development began in earnest in 2001 and the Options range of wines reached fruition in 2004 when the first of three infused wines were released. The following year another two infused wines joined the range, while the most recent, a sparkling, was released in 2006. Additional blends are to be released later this year. Each wine has its own identity and personality. ( The Options range evokes emotions, recollections and pleasures. These wines truly are a memorable experience.
